Forty five school going girls were dressed in the beautiful attires designed by student designers from The Creation school design. The girls were performing the best to create the opportunity that would broaden their identity from school going girl to Cinderella Nepal 2016.

The platform called as Quest for Talented kids was created by Pacific Events and Management Pvt. Ltd. was presented at Nepal Academy Hall, Kamaladi and event date was the final day of the year 2016, the 31st December. After following couple of rounds of competition and being shortlisted from one round to another finally event concluded sorting out contestant no. 1 Ritisha Thapa as Cinderella Nepal 2016.
In the event Slesha Karki was qualified as first runner-up while Pramiti Bhandari was finalized as second runner-up. The event Choreographed jointly by Rojin Shakya and Bipana Thapa elected Kritika Tamang as Miss Talented while Aditi Bhattarai grabbed the award of Miss Best Dress. Likewise Anjolina Parajuli was awarded as Miss Photogenic.
