2018 Asia Model Festival Face of Nepal has been concluded in Kathmandu. Held on 20th April 2018 at Karma Lounge & Bar located at World Trade center, Tripureshowr, the event finalized Bikram Aditya Mahaseth and Pooja Shrestha as the official faces to perform at 2018 Asia Model Festival to be held at South Korea from 25th of April till May 6th 2018. Earlier to this Bikram was been the winner of Model Hunt Nepal 2017 while Pooja was been the winner of Miss Supranational Nepal 2016.
During the event five male and five female models performed in various rounds of sequences which had collections by designer duo Utkrist Bir Bikram Khadka & Suman Sharma and Red velvet boutique. The show was been choreographed and hosted by Rojin Shakya, recipient of International Prestige Brand Award for Best Entrepreneur in Multi Task Personality of the year awards 2018. The event was been managed by Next Models Nepal.
Asia Model Festival Face of Nepal is being organized by Pune Fashion Week in association with Korea Model Association, KMA. 2018 edition is the third in consecutive years after 2016 and 2017. The first season winners were Ritesh Raj Gurung and Al Hang Rai while Praveen Rana Magar and Sandipa Limbu were the second season winners.
Asia Model Festival is been recognized as Asia’s largest Model festival and being organized by Korea Model Association, KMA and since past ten years the event is been known as the largest and most prestigious platform for Asian fashion Fraternity. Including Nepal, the event would have models from countries like Korea, Malaysia, Myanmar, India, China, Thailand, Japan, Hongkong, Philippines and in total 27 countries from Asia. The team of Arriang TV, a leading Korean broadcasting channel would be present to cover the event and would screened all over Asia through the channel.
