Nepal Tamang art and culture center has opened the registration for the new season of Miss Tamang pageant. The event is planned to showcase on the auspicious occasion of 2854th Sonam Lhosar.
The ethnic beauty pageant focused to the Young women of Tamang community was been started promote different aspects of art, culture and tradition of Tamang community. As per the organizer in order to enroll for the event the interested candidate should belong to Tamang community and should stand at least five feet, needs to fall within 16 to 25 years age group and should have SLC as the minimum qualification.
As briefed by Milan Moktan in a press meet the last date to enroll for the event is marked till December 2nd 2017. The finale of the event is scheduled for 20th of January 2018.
Earlier Zenisha Moktan, Upali Gyabok, Sami Bhajyu, Rojina Ghising, Sumi Moktan, Lakpa Wangmo Tamang, Munashree Lama, Laxmi Tamang Moktan, Urmila Lama and Pinky Ghising was been elected as the winner of Previous seasons of Miss Tamang pageant.
