The event focused on secondary education exam, SEE appeared students called Miss Teen SEE 2018, has finalized its winner. Sandhya Sigdel has topped the event and has also earned the awards called miss beautiful, most photogenic and social.
Showcased at Rastriya Naachghar, Jamal, the event was presented under the banner of Star one entertainment Pvt. Ltd. The event saw Alisha Lamichhane as first runner-up while Jesica Bhandari finished the event as second runner-up. Likewise Esha Karki completed the event as third runner-up.
