The 11th edition of Miss Tamang pageant has been completed in a grand way at Hotel Soaltee Crown Plaza, Kathmandu. Leaving behind her twenty seven competitors, Simran Syangbo hailing from Parsa has been successful to register her name as Miss Tamang 2018. As the winner of the event Simran was awarded with cash prize of rupees one lakh and earned the position of brand ambassador for civil group for a year.
The event saw Ranjita Lama as first runner-up while Kunchhan Lama completed as second runner-up. Ranjita was also successful at viewer choice category while Kunchhan took away the award of photogenic.
Likewise the event elected Gitanjali Pakhrin as third runner-up while Anisha Tamang earned forth runner-up position. The event was been jointly organized by Nepal Tamang art and culture center and Everest fashion home Nepal.
Other than regular format of pageant, the semi finalists of the event were been decided on the basis of audience poll through sms voting. The event was been managed by Sadhana Kala Kendra and was choreographed by fashion choreographer and media person Rojin Shakya.
